Fashion That Gives Back

Summary: A proposed digital solution that is designed to enhance the shopping experience of Vinnie's customers while also meeting Vinnie's goals of increasing interest and sales. Additionally, the solution aims to raise community awareness about the importance of sustainable second-hand shopping.

Design & Rollout of a User-friendly Collection Kit Insert

This solo design project, which I initiated during my previous career as a clinical microbiologist, was an early realisation for my love of improving processes and experiences. I recognised the need for a simplified, more visual, and compact kit-insert for the patients.
